摘 要:目的探讨CBCT对上颌埋伏阻生牙患者的成像诊断效果。方法选取2017年4月~2018年3月在我院口腔科治疗患者36例,共计39颗上颌埋伏阻生前牙进行正畸治疗。比较曲面断层片和CBCT对埋伏阻生牙患者的成像检查结果,使用CBCT观察埋伏阻生牙患者并发症的发生情况,并观察后期正畸治疗效果。结果在成像检查效果方面,经CBCT检查,患者临牙冠间距和邻牙根间距均大于曲面断层片成像显示结果。在牙弓内位置方面,牙弓内和腭侧比例高于后者,唇侧比例低于后者。在根尖孔闭合情况方面,有闭合比例高于后者,无闭合和无法确定比例低于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据CBCT成像结果,在后继治疗效果方面,总有效率为100.00%。结论CBCT有效提高了上颌埋伏阻生前牙患者的成像诊断效果,为后继正畸治疗方法的选择,提供了准确依据。Objective To investigate the imaging diagnosis effect of CBCT in patients with maxillary impacted teeth.Methods A total of 39 maxillary impacted anterior teeth from 36 patients admitted to the Department of Stomatology in our hospital from April 2017 to March 2018 were treated with orthodontic treatment.The imaging results of curved tomography and CBCT for patients with impacted teeth were compared.The incidence of complications in patients with impacted teeth was observed by CBCT,and the effect of orthodontic treatment was also observed.Results In terms of imaging results,CBCT showed that the distances between adjacent crowns and adjacent roots were larger than those of curved tomography.In terms of the position of dental arch,the ratio of the dental arch to the palatal side was higher,and the ratio of the dental arch to the labial side was lower than those of curved tomography.In terms of apical hole closure,the percentage of closure was higher than,and the percentage of non-closure and indeterminate closure was lower than those of curved tomography.The above comparisons were all statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the results of CBCT imaging,the total effective rate was 100.00%in the follow-up treatment effect.Conclusion CBCT can effectively improve the imaging diagnosis of patients with maxillary impacted anterior teeth,and provide an accurate basis for the selection of subsequent orthodontic treatment.
