彩色多普勒超声对局限性骨化性肌炎的诊断价值探析

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对局限性骨化性肌炎的诊断价值。方法选取我院2016年1月~2019年3月收治的局限性骨化性肌炎患者20例作为研究对象,20例患者均接受彩色多普勒超声检查,检查结果与术后病理检查结果进行比较,以术后病理检查结果为金标准。比较彩色多普勒超声诊断的检出率以及漏诊率。结果经对比发现,采用多普勒超声检查,检出率为90.00%,与手术后组织活检(金标准)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),彩色多普勒超声漏诊率为10.00%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声对局限性骨化性肌炎的诊断效果理想,检出率高,漏诊率低,可清晰的观察患者病灶组织,局限性骨化肌炎患者采用彩色多普勒超声检查,临床上值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in localized ossifying myositis.Methods 20 patients with localized ossifying myositis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to March 2019 were selected as subjects of this study.All 20 patients underwent color Doppler ultrasonography.The examination results were compared with the results of postoperative pathological examinations,and the results of postoperative pathological examinations were used as the gold standard.The detection rate and missed diagnosis rate of color Doppler ultrasound were compared.Results After comparison,it was found that the detection rate of Doppler ultrasound was 90.00%,and there was no significant difference from the postoperative biopsy(gold standard)(P>0.05).The missed diagnosis rate of color Doppler ultrasound was 10.00%,and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is ideal for the diagnosis of localized ossifying myositis,with high detection rate and low missed diagnosis rate,and the lesion tissue can be clearly observed.Therefore,color Doppler ultrasound used in patients with localized ossifying myositis is worth popularizing in clinic.
