延续性护理在人工流产患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨流产后延续护理对改善人工流产患者生殖健康相关知识的效果。方法选择2017年1月—6月在本院进行人工流产术的患者100例为研究对象,随机分为干预组与对照组各50例。对照组术前给予常规健康教育,常规给予术后指导,干预组在此基础上给予延续护理,比较两组生殖健康相关知识掌握情况以及护理满意度,重复流产率。结果干预组生殖健康知识掌握情况优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组非常满意率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访12个月,干预组重复流产率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术后给予延续护理能够显著提高患者生殖健康知识掌握情况,提高护理满意度,降低重复流产率。Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of application of continuous nursing in patients with abortion.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent artificial abortion in the hospital from January to June 2017 were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education before operation,routine guidance was given after operation,and the intervention group was given continuous nursing on this basis.The reproductive health knowledge,nursing satisfaction and the rate of repeated abortion were compared between the two group.Results The excellent and good rate of reproductive health knowledge in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The very satisfaction rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Followed up for 12 months,the recurrent abortion rate in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous care after induced abortion can significantly improve the knowledge of reproductive health,improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the rate of recurrent abortion.
