综合护理在泌尿造口患者自主更换泌尿造口袋中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究综合护理干预在泌尿造口患者自主更换泌尿造口袋中的应用。方法以泌尿造口患者72例为对象,开始时间为2015年1月,结束时间为2018年12月,采用抽签法进行分组,由参照组(n=36)与研究组(n=36)组成,给予参照组常规护理,给予研究组综合护理干预。回顾分析两组患者临床资料,对比更换正确率、周围皮肤不良反应与自我护理能力。结果对于泌尿造口袋的更换正确率,相比于参照组,研究组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于周围皮肤不良反应,相比于参照组,研究组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于自护技能与自护概念,相比于参照组,研究组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泌尿造口患者实施综合护理干预,有效降低不良反应发生率,提高泌尿造口袋更换正确率与自我护理能力,促进恢复,具有显著的护理效果。Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the replacement of urinary pocket in patients with urologic stoma.Methods 72 patients with urologic stoma were enrolled in this study.The starting time was January 2015 and the ending time was December 2018.The patients were divided into the control group(n=36)and the study group(n=36)by drawing lots.The control group was given routine nursing and the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical data of the two groups were reviewed and analyzed,and the correct rate of replacement,adverse reactions of surrounding skin and self-care ability were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the study group was better in changing the correct rate of urinary pocket replacement.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).For the adverse reactions of surrounding skin,the study group was better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).For the concept of self-care skills and self-care,the study group was better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the correct rate of urinary pocket replacement and self-nursing ability,promote recovery,and has a significant nursing effect.
