摘 要:CO2和H2S腐蚀是石油天然气工业中常见的腐蚀类型之一,它们溶于水后,pH值呈现弱酸性,对管道设备等会产生腐蚀,但当两种气体同时存在时,对钢材的腐蚀呈现复杂多样性。针对两种气体同时存在时腐蚀的多变性,本文总结归纳了在CO2和H2S共存条件下的腐蚀机理、影响因素及缓蚀行为,旨在为油田防腐及选材提供参考依据,更好的延长管道使用寿命。CO2 and H2S corrosion is one of the common types of corrosion in the oil and gas industry.When they are dissolved in water,the pH value is weak acid,which will cause corrosion to pipeline equipment,etc.However,when the two gases exist at the same time,the corrosion of steel is complex and diverse.In view of the variability of corrosion when two gases exist at the same time.The article summarizes the corrosion mechanism,factors and corrosion inhibition behavior under the condition of CO2 and H2S coexistence,which provides reference for oilfield anticorrosion and material selection,and better prolong the service life of the pipeline.
