多维度协同护理在老年冠心病伴心力衰竭患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨多维度协同护理在老年冠心病伴心力衰竭患者中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2016年2月至2018年2月收治的老年冠心病合并心力衰竭患者200例,随机分为观察组(n=100)和对照组(n=100)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用多维度协同护理,对比两组患者护理前后的抑郁、焦虑情况及生存质量。结果护理20 d后,观察组的SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组,QOL-BREF评分高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论多维度协同护理可有效缓解老年冠心病伴心力衰竭患者的不良情绪,并提高其生存质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical application value of multi-dimensional cooperative nursing in elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods 200 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=100)and control group(n=100).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given multi-dimensional cooperative nursing.The depression,anxiety and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results 20 days after nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the QOL-BREF score was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Multi-dimensional cooperative nursing can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
