外感清热解毒方治疗急性上呼吸道感染发热的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨外感清热解毒方治疗急性上呼吸道感染发热的临床效果。方法选取2018年4~9月于我院门诊接受治疗的240例急性上呼吸道感染发热患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分组,各120例。两组患者均给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上增加外感清热解毒方治疗,对两组的治疗有效性和安全性进行比较。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者的治疗有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者的起效时间、退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、鼻塞流涕消失时间均明显短于对照组,两组的各项时间指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组与对照组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论在急性上呼吸道感染发热的临床治疗上,采用外感清热解毒方治疗兼具有效性和安全性,可缩短患者的症状消失时间,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of external heat-clearing and detoxicating prescription in the treatment of fever due to acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods 240 patients with fever due to acute upper respiratory tract infection who were treated at the Outpatient Department of our hospital from April 2018 to September 2018 were selected as the major study objects, and divided into groups by random number table method, with 120 patients in each group. Patients in both groups were given conventional therapy, while the observation group was treated with external heat-clearing and detoxicating prescription on the basis of conventional therapy. The efficacy and safety of the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the response rate of patients was higher in the observation group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);the onset time, antipyretic time, disappearance time of cough, and disappearance time of nasal congestion and runny nose of patients in the observation group were all significantly shorter than those in the control group, and there was statistically significant difference in the time indexes between the two groups(P < 0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in patients between the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of fever due to acute upper respiratory tract infection, the treatment by external heat-clearing and detoxicating prescription is both effective and safe, and can shorten the time of symptom disappearance, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
