机械通气在危重症哮喘抢救治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究机械通气在危重型哮喘抢救治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2015年2月~2018年2月到我院救治的80例危重型哮喘患者,以抢救治疗方式分组,对照组常规抢救,观察组进行机械通气,比较两组患者治疗相关指标。结果 (1)观察组患者和对照组患者治疗后的pH、PaO2以及PaCO2水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);(2)观察组患者和对照组患者治疗后的收缩压、心率以及呼吸频率水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);(3)治疗前比较观察组以及对照组患者FEV1和FEV1/FVC水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后比较观察组以及对照组患者FEV1和FEV1/FVC水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论危重型哮喘抢救治疗中选择机械通气,可将患者的症状表现予以改善,效果确切,临床应用价值存在。Objective To explore the application value of mechanical ventilation in rescue treatment of critical asthma. Methods The data of 80 patients with critical asthma treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The subjects were grouped according to the rescue treatment method.The control group received conventional rescue,and the observation group received mechanical ventilation.The treatment-related indicators of the two groups of patients were compared. Results(1)A statistical comparison of the pH,PaO2 and PaCO2 levels between the observation group and the control group after treatment showed that the differences in data between the groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)A statistical comparison of the systolic blood pressure,heart rate and respiratory rate levels between the observation group and the control group after treatment showed that the differences in data between the groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)Before treatment,the levels of FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the observation group and the control group were compared,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment,the levels of FEV1 and FEV1/FVC between the observation group and the control group were compared, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The choice of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of critical asthma can improve the patient’s symptom performance,which has exact effect and clinical application value.
