摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在监护抗肿瘤靶向药物相关毒副中的作用,为甲磺酸阿帕替尼所致手足综合征患者的药学治疗提供参考。方法临床药师通过1例鼻腔恶性黑色素瘤患者使用阿帕替尼治疗所致手足综合征的病例,结合患者病史及相关指南分析认为患者目前的情况符合阿帕替尼所致3级手足综合征,提出治疗意见,并对患者实施全面的药学监护。结果临床药师的参与,提高了治疗过程安全性和有效性,减轻了阿帕替尼所致手足综合征给患者带来的痛苦。结论临床药师通过对阿帕替尼所致手足综合征患者进行全面药学监护,从药学的角度,对患者的治疗起到积极的作用。Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in monitoring the toxic side effects of anti-tumor targeted drugs,and to provide reference for pharmaceutical treatment of patients with hand-foot syndrome caused by apatinib mesylate. Methods The clinical pharmacist analyzed a case of hand-foot syndrome caused by apatinib treatment in a patient with nasal malignant melanoma.And combined with the patient’s medical history and related guidelines,he analyzed that the current situation of the patient was in line with the hand-foot syndrome caused by apatinib,put forward treatment advice and implement comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients. Results The participation of clinical pharmacists improved the safety and effectiveness of the treatment process and alleviated the pain caused by apatinib-induced hand and foot syndrome. Conclusion Through comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients with apatinib-induced hand-foot syndrome,clinical pharmacists play an active role in the treatment of patients from the perspective of pharmacy.
