摘　　要：静脉留置针是医疗服务中应用十分广泛的医疗技术,平均每成功地建立一个静脉留置针需要进行多次穿刺,加重患者痛苦,造成不必要的损伤和将来血管选择的有限性。本文剖析静脉穿刺操作步骤,分析影响成功穿刺的因素,综述了静脉留置针穿刺的主要影响因素,包括穿刺部位选择、穿刺血管选择、促进血管充盈方法、辨认和选择血管方法、穿刺技巧等。以期为提高静脉留置针穿刺成功率,达到静脉留置针穿刺的同质化操作,提供科学管理和干预措施的实践依据和研究方向,而不是简单的将穿刺操作水平、穿刺成功率差异归结为护士个人的经验、手感及患者的差异等。Intravenous indwelling needle is a widely used medical technology in medical services.On average,every successful establishment of an intravenous indwelling needle need to be punctured many times,which aggravates the suffering of patients,causes unnecessary injuries and the limited choice of blood vessels in the future.This paper analyzes the operation steps of venipuncture and its influencing factors,and summarizes the main influencing factors of venipuncture with indwelling needle,including the selection of puncture site,selection of puncture vessels,methods of promoting vessel filling,methods of identifying and selecting vessels,and puncture techniques.It aims to improve the success rate of venipuncture,to achieve the homogeneity operation of venipuncture,to provide the practical basis and research direction of scientific management and intervention measures,rather than simply ascribing the difference between the operation level and the success rate of venipuncture to the difference of nurses'personal experience,hand feeling and patients.
