活血促孕方治疗免疫性不孕不育的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究活血促孕方治疗免疫性不孕不育的临床价值。方法选取2017年10月~2018年9月我院接收并治疗的免疫性不孕不育患者66例为研究对象,随机分为西医组和联合治疗组,给予西医组患者(n=33例)拘橡酸氯米芬胶囊、维生素C片、维生素E软胶囊等常规西药治疗,联合治疗组患者(n=33例)在常规西药治疗的基础上采用活血促孕方治疗。分析两组患者不同治疗后免疫性抗体转阴状况以及临床总有效率的差异性。结果联合治疗组抗子宫内膜抗体、抗卵巢抗体、抗精子抗体转阴率分别为57.57%、63.63%、60.61%高于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组临床有效率为87.87%高于西医组54.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比常规西药治疗而言,活血促孕方治疗免疫性不孕不育的临床价值更加显著,可明显提高临床总有效率,可推广应用。Objective To study clinical values of activating blood and prompting pregnancy prescription in treatment of immune infertility.Methods 66 patients with immune infertility who were admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2017 to September 2018 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the western medicine group and the combined treatment group.33 patients in the western medicine group were given routine western medicine such as clomiphene glutarate capsules,vitamin C tablet and vitamin E soft capsules.33 patients in the combined treatment group were treated with activating blood and prompting pregnancy prescription on basis of routine western medicine.The differences in immunogenic antibody negative conversion and total clinical effective rate after treatment were analyzed.Results The negative conversion rates of anti-endometrial antibody,anti-ovarian antibody and anti-sperm antibody in the combined treatment group were 57.57%,63.63% and 60.61%,respectively,higher than those of the western medicine group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the combined treatment group was 87.87% higher than that of the western medicine group(54.54%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional western medicine treatment,activating blood and prompting pregnancy prescription has more significant clinical value in the treatment of immune infertility,which can significantly improve the total clinical effective rate.It can be popularized and applied.
