急性脑血管疾病合并吞咽功能障碍患者的早期康复护理训练分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急性脑血管疾病合并吞咽功能障碍患者的早期康复护理训练效果。方法选取2016年6月~2019年3月在我院接受治疗的急性脑血管疾病合并吞咽功能障碍患者116例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分组,每组58例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加早期康复护理训练,比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组患者的吞咽障碍康复优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;观察组护理后的吞咽功能障碍评分、肢体运动功能评分均明显优于护理前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的肺部感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性脑血管疾病合并吞咽功能障碍患者实施早期康复护理训练可改善患者的吞咽障碍,同时可降低肺部感染发生率,提高患者的护理满意度,值得进一步推广和应用。Objective To investigate and analyze the effects of early rehabilitation nursing training on patients with acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with dysphagia.Methods 116 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease and dysphagia who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the main subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation groupadded early rehabilitation nursing training on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent rate of dysphagia recovery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups.The scores of dysphagia and limb motor function after nursing in the observation group were significantly better than those before nursing and in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of pulmonary infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing training for patients with acute cerebrovascular disease and dysphagia can improve the patient's dysphagia,reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection and increase the patient satisfaction,which is worth further promotion and application.
