腹腔镜行胃穿孔修补术围术期对患者应用优质护理模式的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜行胃穿孔修补术围术期对患者应用优质护理模式的价值。方法选取2016年1月~2019年2月于我院行腹腔镜下胃穿孔修补术的48例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组24例,对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者给予优质护理,并观察住院时间、住院费用、术后肛门排气时间(AET)、肠鸣音恢复时间(PSRT)、并发症等指标。结果实验组患者的住院时间显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);住院费用略低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者术后AET和PSRT较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者术后不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能够显著缩短腹腔镜行胃穿孔修补术患者的住院时间,减轻患者的痛苦,促进创口恢复,临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the value of high-quality nursing model in perioperative period for patients undergoing laparoscopic repair of gastric perforation.Methods 48 patients who underwent laparoscopic repair of gastric perforation in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2019 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 24 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing while patients in the experimental group were given high-quality nursing.The hospital stay,hospitalization expenses,postoperative anal exsufflation time(AET),peristaltic sound recovery time(PSRT)and complication were compared between the two groups.Results The hospital stay of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization expenses were slightly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The AET and PSRT in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing model for patients undergoing laparoscopic repair of gastric perforation can significantly shorten hospital stay,reduce the pain of the patients and promote wound recovery.It has significant clinical curative effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
