运动平板试验联合动态心电图检查在冠心病诊断中的应用价值探究

摘　　要：目的探究运动平板试验联合动态心电图检查在冠心病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2017年3月~2018年3月的冠心病患者60例,随机分成对照组30例,观察组30例,对照组采用运动平板试验检查诊断,观察组应用运动平板试验联合动态心电图检查诊断,以冠状动脉造影为诊断的标准,比较两组的诊断效果。结果在诊断阳性率方面,观察组为50.00%,明显高于对照组的36.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的诊断准确率为88.33%,明显高于对照组的诊断准确率66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的阳性预测值88.33%高于对照组66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的特异性78.13%高于对照组50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动平板试验联合动态心电图检查对冠心病的诊断的准确率较高,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the value of treadmill exercise test(TET)combined with dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods Sixty patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was diagnosed by TET,while the observation group was diagnosed by TET combined with dynamic electrocardiogram.The diagnostic effects of the two groups were compared using coronary angiography as the diagnostic criteria Results The positive rate of diagnosis in the observation group was 50.00%,which was significantly higher than the control group(36.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was 88.33%,which was significantly higher than the control group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive predictive value in the observation group was 88.33%,which was higher than the control group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The specificity of the observation group was 78.13%,which was higher than the control group(50.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TET combined with dynamic electrocardiogram examination has higher accuracy in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,and has higher clinical application value.
