临床经尿道膀胱颈电切术治疗慢性前列腺炎合并膀胱颈梗阻的疗效探究

摘　　要：目的探究对慢性前列腺炎合并膀胱颈梗阻患者采用经尿道膀胱颈电切术进行治疗的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月我院行经尿道膀胱颈电切术治疗的62例慢性前列腺炎合并膀胱颈梗阻患者。比较患者治疗前后的尿流量、临床症状评分、生活质量评分,并观察患者的术后并发症。结果治疗后患者的最大尿流率高于治疗前,残余尿量少于治疗前,症状评分低于治疗前,生活质量评分高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者并发症发生率(9.68%)较低,均经对症处理后恢复。结论应用经尿道膀胱颈电切术对慢性前列腺炎合并膀胱颈梗阻患者进行治疗,可有效改善患者的膀胱排尿功能,减轻症状,其临床效果确切。Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of transurethral resection of bladder neck in treatment of chronic prostatitis combined with bladder neck obstruction.Methods 62 patients with chronic prostatitis combined with bladder neck obstruction who underwent transurethral resection of bladder neck in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected.The urine flow,clinical symptom score and quality of life score of patients in two groups were compared between two groups and complications were observed.Results After treatment,the maximum urine flow was higher than that before treatment,residual urine volume was less than that before treatment,symptom score was lower than that before treatment and quality of life score was higher than that before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was low(9.68%)and all patients recovered after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion Transurethral resection of bladder neck in treatment of patients with chronic prostatitis combined with bladder neck obstruction can effectively improve bladder urinary unction and relieve symptoms,which has accurate curative effects.
