咽喉部异物诊断治疗中电子喉镜的临床应用价值体会

摘　　要：目的探究电子喉镜在咽喉部异物诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月本院口腔科咽喉部异物患者100例,以双盲法进行随机分组,对照组实施常规额镜照明检查,实验组则实施电子喉镜检查,分析两组咽喉部异物患者诊断的结果。结果两组咽喉部异物患者异物所处位置比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组咽喉部异物患者疾病诊断准确率、异物取出成功率均明显高于对照组,其并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组VAS评分、检查时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论咽喉部诊断中实施电子喉镜干预,其诊断效果较好,可为其有效治疗提供依据。Objective To explore the application value of electronic laryngoscope in the diagnosis of foreign body in throat.Methods 100 patients with foreign body in throat who received treatment in the Department of Stomatology in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided randomly into two groups according to the double-blind method.The control group underwent routine frontal mirror illumination examination and the experimental group underwent electronic laryngoscopy.The diagnosis results of patients with throat foreign body in the two groups were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the location of foreign bodies between the two groups of patients with throat foreign body(P>0.05).The accuracy rate of disease diagnosis and the success rate of foreign body removal in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score and examination time of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of electronic laryngoscope intervention in the diagnosis of throat diseases has a good diagnostic effect and can provide a basis for effective treatment.
