摘  要:十九大以来,经济转型发展对职工整体素质提出了更高的要求。虽然企业职工的继续教育开展多年,但由于各种问题和原因,实效不尽如人意,面临着供给侧的改革。通过对广州市广播电视大学百胜学院学员岗位需求进行调研和分析,百胜学院以“提升学生职业能力,培养综合职业素养的企业需求人才”为核心教育理念,以规范严谨和灵活开放相结合、学习与实践并重、践行精细化管理为原则,根据企业和岗位需求,重构符合专业毕业生要求和企业核心能力培养的“岗位导向、能力递进”的过程式课程体系,创新基于能力本位的实践教学体系,建立长效运行和评价机制,多方协同育人,形成了特色鲜明、效果显著的订单式精准培养的企业职工人才培养模式。Since the 19th CPC National Congress,economic transformation and development have put forward higher requirements for the overall quality of employees.Although the continuous education of enterprise employees has been carried out for many years,due to various problems and reasons,the actual results are not satisfactory,and it is imperative that supplyside reforms should be initiated.Based on the research and analysis of the post needs of its students,the Tricon College of Guangzhou Open University has formed a distinctive and effective enterprise employees training mode,i.e.,the precise-order training,which is characterized by the core educational concept of“improving students'professional ability and cultivating talents for enterprises with comprehensive professional qualities”,the principles of standardization,rigorousness and flexibility,equal emphasis on learning and practice,the implementation of refined management according to the needs of enterprises and positions.Under the training mode,the course system is restructured as"post-oriented,progressive process"with a practical teaching system based on competency standards.By establishing a long-term operation and evaluation mechanism,the college has achieved the goal of multi-party collaborative education.
