贵州省产科卫生资源配置现状及公平性分析

摘　　要：目的分析贵州省产科卫生资源配置现状及公平性,为卫生行政部门的产科卫生资源配置提供决策依据。方法采用描述性研究,运用洛伦兹曲线和基尼系数对产科卫生资源配置公平性进行评价。结果贵州省产科卫生资源总体上总量不足,结构不合理,地区间差异大;产科卫生资源按分娩量配置的基尼系数均小于0.2,公平性较好,按地理面积配置的基尼系数在0.2~0.4之间,公平性较差。结论加快调整扩增产科卫生资源优化配置、合理调配,保证产科卫生资源配置的公平性。Objective To analyze the equity and status in the allocation of obstetrical health resource in Guizhou Province,and to provide decision-making basis for the allocation of obstetrical health resources in health administrative departments.Methods Descriptive study,Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient were used to evaluate the equity of obstetrical health resource allocation.Results In general,the total amount of obstetrical health resources in Guizhou Province is insufficient.The structure is irrational unreasonable and there are great differences between regions.The Gini coefficient of obstetrical health resources according to the amount of delivery was less than 0.2,and it suggested a comparatively fair status.The Gini coefficient according to geographical area was between 0.2 and 0.4.and it suggested a poor fair status in Guizhou Province.Conclusions It is necessary to accelerate the adjustment and expansion of the optimal allocation and rational allocation of obstetrical health resources to ensure the fairness of the allocation of obstetrical health resources.
