摘  要:目的探讨情景式模拟教学模式在急诊临床教学中的实践效果。方法将2018年1月-2018年12月期间在我院急诊科实习的64名临床医学专业实习医生(以下简称实习生)纳入本研究中,将所有实习生按照综合序贯法分成两组。对照组32例实习生采取传统的教学方法,研究组32例实习生则采取传统的教学方法加情景式模拟教学方法。比较两组实习生的出科理论成绩和技能操作成绩,对比两组实习生对于急诊常见急症的临床诊治思维,评估两组实习生对急诊临床教学的满意度。结果研究组实习生的理论考核成绩和技能操作考核成绩均大于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组实习生的思维能力评分、分析能力评分、逻辑性评分以及解决问题能力评分均高于对照组的评分(P<0.05)。研究组实习生对急诊临床教学满意度(96.87%)高于对照组的满意度(75.00%)(P<0.05)。结论在急诊临床教学中积极开展情景式模拟教学模式有助于提高急诊科实习生的理论知识和技能操作水平,也有助于实习生对急诊常见急症诊治的逻辑思维、分析问题及解决问题等能力的提升,同时也提高实习生对急诊临床教学工作的满意度。Objective To explore the practical effect of situational simulation teaching mode in emergency clinical teaching.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,64 clinical medical interns(hereinafter referred to as interns)in emergency department of our hospital were included in the study.All interns were divided into two groups according to the comprehensive sequential method.32 interns in the control group adopted traditional teaching methods,while 32 interns in the research group adopted traditional teaching methods and situational simulation teaching methods.The theoretical and technical achievements of the two groups were compared.The clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking of the two groups of interns for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of common emergency and critical diseases were compared.Ability score was used to evaluate the satisfaction of two groups of interns to clinical teaching.Results The scores of theoretical assessment and skill operation assessment of interns in the study group significantly higher than those of the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The clinical judgment thinking ability score,analysis ability score,logic score and problem-solving ability score of the interns in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The interns’satisfaction with clinical teaching in the study group(96.87%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Actively carrying out situational simulation teaching mode in emergency clinical teaching is helpful to improve the knowledge mastery and operation skill proficiency of interns in emergency department,to improve their logical thinking,analysis and problem solving abilities in diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in emergency department,also improve their satisfaction with emergency clinical teaching.
