摘 要:目的对糖尿病诊断中生化检验指标的临床效果进行分析和研究。方法选择本院在2017年1月-2018年12月期间收治的确诊为糖尿病的患者共计55例作为研究对象,将其作为观察组,另选择同期在我院接受体检的结果为正常的健康人员55例作为对照组。两组研究对象均进行生化检验,对两组研究对象的检验结果进行比较,主要包括空腹血糖水平、血清甘油三脂水平以及糖耐受情况等。结果检验结果显示,对照组的空腹血糖水平为(5.8±0.6)mmol/L,血清甘油三酯为(1.3±0.1)mmol/L,糖耐受为(5.9±1.6)mmol/L,观察组的空腹血糖水平为(9.9±0.5)mmol/L,血清甘油三酯为(3.3±0.3)mmol/L,糖耐受为(12.6±2.8)mmol/L。观察组的空腹血糖水平、血清甘油三脂水平以及糖耐受均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论生化检验指标在糖尿病诊断中具有很高的应用价值,可以作为诊断糖尿病的重要依据。Objective To analyze and study the clinical effects of biochemical indicators in the diagnosis of diabetes. Methods A total of 55 patients who were diagnosed with diabetes in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research object, and the observation group was selected as the observation group. 55 normal healthy persons served as the control group. Biochemical tests were performed in two groups of patients. The test results of the two groups were compared, including fasting blood glucose levels, serum triglyceride levels, and glucose tolerance. Results The test results showed that the fasting blood glucose level of the control group was(5.8 ± 0.6) mmol/L, the serum triglyceride was(1.3 ± 0.1) mmol/L, and the glucose tolerance was(5.9 ± 1.6) mmol/L. The observation group The fasting blood glucose level was(9.9 ± 0.5) mmol/L, the serum triglyceride was(3.3 ± 0.3) mmol/L, and the glucose tolerance was(12.6 ± 2.8) mmol/L. The fasting blood glucose level, serum triglyceride level, and glucose tolerance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The results of the comparison between the two groups of patients were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The biochemical test indexes have high application value in the diagnosis of diabetes and can be used as an important basis for the diagnosis of diabetes.
