双孔鼓膜穿刺鼓室注药方式的应用效果探析

摘　　要：目的探讨对急性分泌性中耳炎行双孔鼓膜穿刺鼓室注药方式治疗的临床疗效。方法本次研究选取2017年2月-2019年2月本院收治的60例急性分泌性中耳炎患者。研究对象按照随机数字表法分成两组。观察组30位患者采取行双孔鼓膜穿刺鼓室注药方式治疗。给予对照组30例患者单孔鼓膜穿刺抽液方式治疗。对比两组患者平均气导听阈、平均气骨导差、等指标。结果观察组30例患者平均气导听阈、平均气骨导差、治疗总有效率明显优对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双孔鼓膜穿刺鼓室注药方式可优化治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of tympanic cavity injection with double-hole tympanic membrane puncture on acute secretory otitis media.Methods 60 patients with acute secretory otitis media admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected in this study.The subjects were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.30 patients in the observation group were treated by tympanic cavity injection through double-hole tympanic membrane puncture.30 patients in the control group were treated by singlehole tympanic membrane puncture and fluid extraction.The average air conduction hearing threshold,average air-bone conduction difference,and other indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The average air conduction hearing threshold,the average air-bone conduction difference and the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group of 30 patients were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of transient vertigo and other adverse reactions between two group do not have statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Double-hole tympanic membrane puncture and tympanic cavity injection can optimize the therapeutic effect.
