摘　　要：目的探讨崔公让教授采用中医内外结合辨证论治糖尿病坏疽的疗效和对降低患者截肢率的影响效果。方法选择2017年3月-2019年3月到本院接受治疗的68例糖尿病坏疽患者参与研究,本院在2018年3月开始实施新的治疗理念,根据收治患者的时间进行分组,将2017年3月-2018年3月期间收治的34例患者作为对照组,将2018年3月-2019年3月期间收治的34例患者作为观察组,观察两组患者的治疗有效率和截肢率。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的截肢率与对照组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论崔公让教授采用中医内外结合辨证论治糖尿病坏疽可有效提高患者治疗的总有效率。Objective To explore the effect of Professor Cui Gongrang on the treatment of diabetic gangrene by combining TCM internal and external syndrome differentiation and its effect on reducing the amputation rate of patients.Method 68 diabetic gangrene patients who came to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected to participate in the study.Our hospital began to implement a new treatment concept in March 2018.According to the time of admitted patients,34 patients who were admitted from March 2017 to March 2018 were divided into two groups.34 patients who were admitted from March 2017 to March 2018 were taken as the control group,and 34 patients who were admitted from March 2018 to March 2019 were taken as the observation group The effective rate and amputation rate of the patients.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the amputation rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Professor Cui Gongrang’s use of TCM internal and external syndrome differentiation to treat diabetic gangrene can effectively improve the total effective rate of treatment.
