冬眠低温疗法治疗颅脑损伤的护理体会

摘　　要：目的分析冬眠低温疗法治疗颅脑损伤的护理体会。方法 2017年12月-2019年2月抽取本院收治的76例颅脑损伤患者作为研究对象,回顾所有病例资料,76例患者均实施冬眠低温疗法治疗,基于此,76例患者通过不同的护理措施,分为2组,即对照组、观察组。对照组38例用常规护理,观察组38例用综合护理,对比治疗总有效率、并发症发生率。结果治疗总有效率与对照组相比,观察组较高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在冬眠低温疗法治疗颅脑损伤过程中,配合有效的综合护理干预,不仅可以辅助提高治疗效果,还可以减少并发症发生率。Objective To analyze the nursing experience of hibernation hypothermia therapy for craniocerebral injury. Methods From December 2017 to February 2019, 76 patients with craniocerebral injury in our hospital were selected as the research object. All cases were reviewed. 76 patients were treated with hibernation hypothermia therapy. Based on this, 76 patients were divided into two groups through different nursing measures, namely control group and observation group. 38 cases in the control group were given routine nursing and 38 cases in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing. The total effective rate and the incidence of complications were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of treatment higher than observation group(P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group lower than control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion During the treatment of craniocerebral injury with hibernation cryotherapy, combined with effective comprehensive nursing interventions can not only improve the treatment effect, but also reduce the incidence of complications.
