应用型高校人才培养现状及职业能力培养研究

摘　　要：本文分析了职业胜任力的内涵,对应用型高校人才培养和社会需求之间的错位进行了分析,并从应用型高校人才培养现状的角度分析了错位的原因,包括职业能力培养的缺失,忽视人文素养和通识教育,理论知识转化为实践能力培养不足等方面。基于安全工程专业特点,分析了当前应用型高校在安全工程专业培养数量和质量方面存在的问题,提出了应用型高校安全工程专业职业胜任力培养的必要性,概括了目前国内关于高校学生职业能力培养的研究现状。The connotation of occupational competence was analyzed,the dislocation between Application-oriented College talent training and social demand was analyzed,and the reasonsfor the dislocation was also analyzed from the perspective of the current situation of Application-oriented College talent training,including the lack of vocational ability training,neglect of humanistic quality and general education,the lack oftransformationability of theoretical knowledge into practical ability.etc.Based on the characteristics of Safety Engineering specialty,the problems in quantity and quality of the professional training of Safety Engineering were analyzed in Application-oriented Colleges and Universities,the necessity of training the professional competence of Safety Engineering in Application-oriented Colleges and Universities was put forward,the current research status of vocational ability training of college students in China was summarized.
