高职院校产教融合实训平台的绩效评价研究

摘　　要：随着高等职业教育的迅速发展,高职院校产教融合实训平台的建设越来越受到重视,实训平台的投入不断增大,对其产出成果进行绩效评价显得尤为重要。基于数据包络分析法(DEA),利用CCR模型对江苏省部分高职院校产教融合实训平台的运行绩效进行评价研究,结果表明,大多数产教融合实训平台投入产出效率低,提出实训平台从非DEA有效转换到DEA有效的路径和方向,为高职院校产教融合实训平台的绩效评价提供了新方法。With the development of higher vocational education,more attention has been paid to the construction of the Industry-Education integration training platform in higher vocational colleges,the investment of training platform is increasing,it is important to evaluate the performance evaluation of output results for thetraining platform.Based on data envelopment analysis(DEA),the CCR model is used to evaluate the performance of some training platforms in Jiangsu province,the results show that the invest and produce efficiency of most training platforms is low,the effective path of training platform from non-DEA to DEA are put forward,it provides a new method for the performance evaluation of the industry-education integration training platform.
