摘  要:本文对常温以及低温下A470 Class 7钢的力学性能以及金相组织进行了研究。结果表明:淬火+回火处理后,A470 Class 7钢的金相组织主要为回火索氏体;随着冲击试验温度的降低,A470 Class 7钢的剪切断面的面积比例在逐渐减少,解理断面的面积所占的比例在逐渐增大,在-196℃时拉伸断裂后为明显的脆性断口;通过测试证明A470 Class 7钢经过580~610℃稳定处理后的力学性能和金相组织没有明显的变化,可以满足使用要求。The mechanical properties and microstructure of A470 Class 7 steel at room temperature and low temperature have been researched in this paper.The results show that the microstructure of A470 Class 7 steel is mainly tempered sorbite after quenching and tempering.With the decrease of the impact test temperature,the area ratio of shear section of A470 Class 7 steel decrease gradually,conversely the proportion of cleavage section area is gradually increasing,and it is obvious brittle fracture after tensile fracture at-196℃.The test shows that the mechanical properties and microstructure of A470 Class 7 steel have not changed significantly after stable treatment at 580~610℃,which can meet the service requirements.
