摘　　要：施工监理是保证施工质量的一项重要手段,科学合理的施工监理可以在施工过程中及时发现施工问题,提升施工效率和施工质量,因此受到施工承包方的青睐。本文对建筑工程中旋挖桩施工监理方法进行概述,结合实际工程对监理全过程进行总结分析并进一步探究了监理的施工质量控制方法,为施工质量监理提供参考。Construction supervision is an important means to ensure the quality of construction,scientific and reasonable construction supervision can find construction problems in time during the construction process,improve construction efficiency and quality,so it is favored by construction contractors.This paper summarizes the construction supervision methods of rotary excavation piles in construction projects,summarizes and analyses the whole process of supervision combined with practical projects,and further explores the construction quality control methods of supervision,providing reference for construction quality supervision.
