摘　　要：如何解决扬克缸停机时传动部分局部受力引起的机械伤害是当前扬克缸系统研究的一项重点。本文首先对扬克缸进行简单介绍,在此基础上提供一种能在扬克缸主驱动系统停机时自动对扬克缸进行转缸操作的扬克缸自动转缸系统,研究证明此系统不仅具有安全警示、一键启动功能,还能够提高转缸安全性使其使用更加便捷等功能。This paper will introduce the research of the automatic rotary Yankee Dryer system.This paper provides a kind of automatic rotary Yankee Dryer system which can automatically operate the rotary cylinder when the main driving system of the Yankee Dryer stops,so as to prevent the mechanical damage caused by the partial force of the transmission part when the Yankee Dryer stops.This system has the function of safety warning,improving the safety of the rotary cylinder,and has the function of one key start,which is convenient to use.
