摘　　要：本文利用美国CETR公司生产的YMT-3H摩擦磨损试验机分别对低成本的SG耐磨钢、Cr15高铬钢、75Mn高锰钢进行了常温“销-盘旋转”模式的摩擦试验,对比分析了三种材料磨损性能与材料组织、硬度以及摩擦速度之间的关系。结果表明:三种钢材的硬度相差不大,但SG耐磨钢的耐磨损性能接近Cr15钢的耐磨性能,并高于75Mn钢的耐磨性能;三种材料中硬度越高材料耐磨性越差;当三种材料摩擦速度在42~125mm/s的范围内时,随着摩擦速度的增加,磨损速度加快。In this paper,the friction test of low-cost SG wear-resistant steel,Cr15 high-chromium steel and 75Mn high-manganese steel was carried out by using the ymt-3h friction and wear testing machine produced by CETR company in the United States.The results show that the hardness of the three steels is not much different,but the wear resistance of SG wear-resistant steel is close to that of Cr15 steel,and higher than that of 75Mn steel.The higher the hardness of the three materials,the worse the wear resistance.When the friction velocity of the three materials is within the range of 42~125mm/s,the wear velocity accelerates with the increase of the friction velocity.
