摘　　要：进入21世纪,我国的城市化建设方向发生转变,可持续发展型智慧城市建设成为城市建设的新目标。城市作为国家集中发展的地区,是一个地方政治、文化、经济的中心,城市建设在国家建设中起着决定性作用。本文详细介绍了在历史发展进程中,实施可持续发展战略应注意的问题和解决这些问题的措施,并提出“生态城市建设”这一新概念。In the 21st century,the direction of urbanization in China has changed,and the construction of sustainable development smart cities has become a new goal of urban construction.As a concentrated development area of the country,the city is a center of local politics,culture and economy.Urban construction plays a decisive role in the country's construction.This paper introduces in detail the problems that should be paid attention to when implementing the sustainable development strategy and the measures to solve them in the historical development process,and proposes the new concept of“ecological city construction”.
