摘　　要：探索企业的知识产权管理模式,分析如何促进产学研的高效转换,讨论知识产权—理工复合型人才的培养模式,结合我国知识产权的发展现状,促进我国化工行业的知识产权保护模式向更加成熟的方向前进。Exploreing the intellectual property management model of enterprises,analyzing how to promote the efficient conversion of productioning,educationing and researching,discussig training model of the intellectual property and technical talents,and combining the development status of intellectual property of China is to promote the intellectual property protection model of China’s chemical industry to a more mature moving forward.
