摘　　要：温病包括了温、瘟、疫、疠四类,太阴肺湿热瘟病(含疫病与疠病)主要包括多种涉及肺的传染病,如肺出血性钩端螺旋体病、肺鼠疫、冠状病毒性肺炎等。冠状病毒性肺炎分早期(轻型,湿重于热)、中期(重型,湿热并重)、坏病(危重型)与后遗症期,对其诊断、治疗、预后、预防与调养分别给出临床指引。Warm disease includes inflammatory disease,epidemic disease,lethal e diseases and highly lethal e disease in traditional Chinese medicine.Damp-heat syndrome of Taiyin lung epidemic disease(including fulminating infectious diseases and highly lethal infectious disease)includes kinds of epidemic disease for the lung.For exemple,pulmonary hemorrhagic leptospirosis,pneumonic plague and coronavirus pneumonia.There are four phases in coronavirus pneumonia:early stage(mild type,pattern of preponderance of dampness over heat),middle stage(severe type,equal severity of dampness and heat),deteriorated disease(critical type)and sequelae stage.And this article gives clinical guidance in diagnosis,treatment,prognosis,prevention and afterecare.
