摘  要:目的分析比较荧光偏振免疫分析法(FPIA)与高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定儿童万古霉素血药浓度的相关性和差异性。方法选取2018年11月至2019年8月遵义市妇幼保健院收治的48例使用万古霉素的儿童患者,分别采用FPIA和HPLC两种方法进行血药浓度检测,分析比较患儿的血药浓度结果,考察两种方法测量值的相关性和差异性。结果两种检测方法测定儿童万古霉素血药浓度值相关性良好,谷浓度比较(r=0.9563,P<0.005)与峰浓度比较(r=0.9854,P<0.005)呈正相关线性关系。结论荧光偏振免疫分析法测定血药浓度与高效液相色谱法水平相当,并且具备可重复性好、特异性强、灵敏度高、可实现全自动化快速检测等优势,是临床药物血药浓度检测的可靠手段。Objective To analyze the correlation and difference between fluorescence polarization immunoassay(FPIA)and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)in the determination of vancomycin plasma concentrations in children.Methods Totally 48 children who used vancomycin were selected from November 2018 to August 2019 in Zunyi maternal and child health care hospital.The blood concentration of the two groups were detected by FPIA and HPLC respectively,and the blood concentration Results of the two groups were analyzed and compared,and the correlation and difference between the two Methods were investigated.Results The two Methods were well correlated with the determination of vancomycin blood concentration in children.Through comparison of valley concentration,The r value was(0.9563,P<0.005),Through comparison of peak concentration,The r value was(0.9854,P<0.005),showing a positive correlation linear relationship.Conclusion Fluorescence polarization immunoassay is suitable for the determination of blood drug concentration and HPLC.It has the advantages of good reproducibility,high specificity,high sensitivity,and automatic and rapid detection.It is a reliable detection of clinical drug blood concentration.
