摘　　要：目的观察鼻内镜手术治疗鼻源性慢性咽炎临床效果。方法选取2016年6月至2018年6月重庆三峡中心医院收治的鼻源性慢性咽炎患者50例,对患者实施鼻内镜手术治疗,分析患者的治疗效果。结果50例鼻源性慢性咽炎患者中,显效34例,有效15例,无效1例,治疗总有效率为98.00%。所有患者均顺利出院,术后没有明显并发症。结论鼻内镜手术在治疗鼻源性慢性咽炎上具备确切疗效,能够明显改善患者临床症状,缓解患者痛苦,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of endoscopic surgery for nasal chronic pharyngitis.Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 patients with nasal pharyngitis admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 was performed.All patients underwent endoscopic sinus surgery.The therapeutic effect of the patients were analyzed.Results Totally 50 patients with nasal chronic pharyngitis,34 were markedly effective,15 were effective,and 1 was ineffective.The total effective rate was 98%.All patients were discharged smoothly and there were no significant complications after surgery.Conclusion Endoscopic surgery has a definite curative effect on the treatment of nasal chronic pharyngitis.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,relieve the pain of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
