摘　　要：目的探究微创手术对手部屈肌腱损伤病患的治疗效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月长春市中心医院收治的手部屈肌腱损伤患者58例,按随机数字法分为开放组(传统开放手术)和微创组(微创手术),每组29例。比较两组治疗效果以及创口术后感染情况。结果微创组总有效率明显高于开放组(100.00%vs.82.76%),术后感染率明显低于开放组(3.45%vs.31.03%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统开放性普外手术相比,微创手术治疗效果好,术后创口感染发生率低,应在临床推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive surgery on patients with hand flexor tendon injury.Methods Totally 58 patients with hand flexor tendon injury admitted to Changchun Central Hospital from January 2017 to January 2016 were randomly divided into an open surgery group(received traditional open surgery)and a minimally invasive surgery group(received minimally invasive surgery),with 29 patients in each group.The effects and postoperative infection rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the minimally invasive group was significantly higher than that of the open group(100.00%vs.82.76%),and the postoperative infection rate was significantly lower than that of the open group(3.45%vs.31.03%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional open general surgery,minimally invasive surgery had a good therapeutic effect and a lower incidence of postoperative wound infection.It should be widely used in clinical practice.
