糖化血红蛋白同空腹血糖在糖尿病检测中的价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与空腹血糖(FPG)在糖尿病检测中临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2018年12月江苏省启东市第三人民医院诊治的糖尿病患者与健康体检者各118例,分为观察组与对照组,均应用高效液相层析法与酶法测定糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与空腹血糖(FPG)指标。结果观察组患者HbA1c值、FPG值显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组HbA1c处于7.0%~7.9%范围内患者38例,对应FPG值为(7.7±2.4)mmol/L;HbA1c水平处于8.0%~8.9%范围内患者56例,对应FPG值为(10.2±3.4)mmol/L;HbA1c水平超过9.0%患者24例,对应FPG值为(11.6±4.2)mmol/L。HbA1c水平与FPG值两者间呈正相关,FPG值随HbA1c水平升高而不断升高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与空腹血糖(FPG)这两项糖尿病诊断的重要指标,在糖尿病检测中价值较高,可为糖尿病的早期治疗提供可靠诊断依据。Objective To study the clinical value of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and fasting blood glucose(FPG)in the detection of diabetes.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,118 patients with diabetes mellitus diagnosed and treated by the Third People's Hospital of Qidong City,Jiangsu Province were divided into observation group and control group.HbA1c and FPG were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and enzymatic method.Results The values of HbA1c and FPG in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were 38 patients with HbA1c in the range of 7.0%-7.9%,the corresponding FPG value was(7.7±2.4)mmol/L.In 56 patients with HbA1c in the range of 8.0%-8.9%,the corresponding FPG value was(10.2±3.4)mmol/L.The level of HbA1c exceeded 9.0%in 24 patients,corresponding to FPG value of(11.6±4.2)mmol/L.There was a positive correlation between the level of HbA1c and the value of FPG,and the value of FPG increased with the increase of the level of HbA1c,and the difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion HbA1c and FPG,which are important indexes in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus,are valuable in the detection of diabetes mellitus and can provide reliable diagnostic basis for the early treatment of diabetes mellitus.
