改良胃大部切除手术对术后肠胃返流的影响

摘　　要：目的观察改良胃大部切除手术对术后肠胃返流的影响返流。方法选取2019年1月至7月兴城市人民医院收治的行胃大部切除手术患者64例,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组患者采用胃大部切除手术,观察组则为改良胃大部切除手术。比较两组患者胃返流及并发症的发生率、胃肠引流液量、VAS疼痛评分及治疗满意度。结果观察组患者胃返流及并发症发生率、胃肠引流液量及VAS评分均明显低于对照组,患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用改良后的胃大部分切除术能够降低肠胃返流和相关并发症的发生,有利于提升治疗的安全性,给予患者更多的治疗保障。Objective To observe the effect of modified subtotal gastrectomy on postoperative gastrointestinal reflux.Methods A total of 64 patients admitted to Xingcheng People's Hospital for subtotal gastrectomy from January to July 2019 were randomly assigned to 2 groups,32 cases per group.The patients in the control group were treated with subtotal gastrectomy,while those in the observation group were treated with modified subtotal gastrectomy.The incidence of gastric reflux and complications,volume of gastrointestinal drainage,VAS pain score and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of gastric reflux and complications,volume of gastrointestinal drainage,and VAS pain score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Modified subtotal gastrectomy can reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal reflux and related complications,improve the safety of treatment,provide more treatment guarantee for patients.
