摘　　要：目的总结急性心肌梗死患者院前急救措施。方法回顾性分析2013年6月至2017年6月在自贡市第一人民医院接受院前急救的162例急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料,对急救流程及转运措施进行总结,并对疗效进行统计分析。结果急性心肌梗死患者院前急救抢救成功率为85.80%,死亡率为14.20%,并发心力衰竭为43.83%,并发心律失常为1.23%,并发休克为4.93%。结论急性心肌梗死患者院前现场急救与监护转运会直接影响患者的抢救成功率与并发症发生率,对患者预后产生重要影响。Objective To summarize the experience of pre-hospital emergency treatment method for patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods The clinical data of 162 patients with acute myocardial infarction,who received emergency treatment in The First People's Hospital of Zigong City from June 2013 to June 2017,were comprehensively summarized and statistically analyzed.Results The success rate of emergency rescue was 85.80%,mortality was 14.20%,heart failure was 43.83%,arrhythmia was 1.23%,shock was 4.93%.Conclusion Pre-hospital emergency treatment and monitoring transport in patients with acute myocardial infarction will directly affect the success rate of rescue and the incidence of complications,and have an important impact on the prognosis of patients.
