摘  要:脂环族环氧复合材料凭借其硬度高、机械强度好等优良特性已广泛应用于复合绝缘横担。为了研究复合绝缘横担长期经受线路电晕作用后其外绝缘用环氧树脂复合材料的憎水性,本研究建立了电晕老化试验装置,模拟自然环境下的电晕放电,并制备了5种氢氧化铝(ATH)质量分数不同的脂环族环氧复合材料,研究在不同电晕放电时间下脂环族环氧树脂复合材料的憎水性丧失及恢复规律,以及不同盐密、灰密对其憎水迁移特性的影响。结果表明:当电晕放电时间较短时,5种脂环族环氧树脂复合材料的憎水性差异不明显;当电晕放电时间为72 h时,只有氢氧化铝质量分数为10%和15%的复合材料可以恢复憎水性;盐密和灰密增加均有助于憎水性迁移过程,但灰密的影响更大;随着ATH质量分数的增加,脂环族环氧树脂复合材料试样的静态接触角恢复所需的时间越来越短。Alicyclic epoxy composites have been widely used in composite insulated cross arm because of their high hardness and good mechanical strength. In order to study the hydrophobicity of epoxy resin composite after the composite insulated cross arm withstood the line corona effect for a long time, a corona ageing test device was set up to simulate the corona discharge in the natural environment. Five kinds of alicyclic epoxy composites with different mass fraction of aluminum hydroxide(ATH) were prepared, and the hydrophobicity loss and recovery rules of the alicyclic epoxy composite under different corona discharge time and the effects of different salt density and gray density on their hydrophobicity migration were studied. The results show that when the corona discharge time is short, the hydrophobicity difference of five kinds of alicyclic epoxy resin composites is not obvious. When the corona discharge time attains 72 h, only the composites with 10% and 15% mass fraction of aluminum hydroxide can recover the hydrophobicity. Both the increase of salt density and gray density is helpful to the migration of hydrophobicity, and the influence of gray density is greater. With the increase of ATH mass fraction,it takes less time for the static contact angle of alicyclic epoxy composite to recover.
