摘　　要：通过分析釜式汽提与塔式汽提的不同,对比釜式汽提和塔式汽提在PVC树脂生产中应用情况,选择较适合的汽提形式。最后根据使用情况对树脂汽提工序进行了优化,不仅提高了树脂产品的质量而且节约了能耗,提高了生产的稳定性。By analyzing the differences between kettle stripping and tower stripping,comparing the application of kettle stripping and tower stripping in PVC resin production,the suitable form of stripping is selected. Finally,the stripping process of resin was optimized according to the usage,which not only improved the quality of resin products,but also saved energy consumption and improved the stability of production.
