摘　　要：本文对某电厂锅炉末级过热器在运行过程中发生泄漏的样管,进行了宏观分析、化学成分分析、力学性能分析以及金相组织分析和扫描电镜分析,查找出导致爆管泄漏的主要原因。In this paper, macro analysis, chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties analysis and metallographic structure analysis were carried out on the samples of last superheater leaking during operation in a million boiler project, and the main causes of tube explosion leakage were found out.
