自血穴位注射联合咪唑斯汀缓释片治疗血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究自血穴位注射联合咪唑斯汀缓释片(皿治林)治疗血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:本研究采用随机对照方法,将2017年10月-2018年10月江苏省第二中医院皮肤科收治的84例血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹患者分为治疗组(口服咪唑斯汀缓释片+自血穴位注射,n=42)和对照组(口服咪唑斯汀缓释片,n=42)。治疗8周以及疗程结束3个月后分别评价临床疗效及复发率。结果:治疗后自觉症状、体征,有效率及3个月后复发率比较,治疗组均优于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:自血穴位注射联合咪唑斯汀治疗血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹效果优于单用咪唑斯汀,且疗效确切,复发率低,安全可行,值得推广。Objective:To observe the efficacy of acupoint injection of autologous blood combined with mizostatin sustained release tablets in chronic urticaria patients with blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome.Methods:84 cases of chronic urticaria with blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome were enrolled from dermatology department of Jiangsu Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2017 to October 2018.Subjects were randomly divided into the treatment(oralmizostatin sustained release tablets and acupoint injection of autologous blood,n=42)and observation(oralmizostatin sustained release tablets,n=42)groups.The clinical efficacy was evaluated after 8 weeks of treatment and 3 months after the end of treatment,the recurrence rate was measured 3 months after the end of treatment.Results:After treatment,the symptoms and signs,the effective rate and the recurrence rate of 3 months after treatment of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The acupoint injection of autologous blood combined with mizostatin used to treat Chronic urticaria with blood deficiency and wind dryness is more effective than oral mizostatin alone.In summary,the method has affirmative effect,low recurrence rate,and better safety.It deserves further applications.
