散寒活血法联合刮痧放血拔罐灸治疗早中期股骨头骨坏死的临床研究

摘　　要：通过对30例早中期股骨头坏死病例症状及体征进行分析辨证,得知骨坏死以寒凝血瘀最为多见,以散寒温阳活血为主的散寒活血健骨汤合刮痧放血拔罐灸四位一体治疗该病,经过临床观察该方法可显著提高临床效果,进一步改善髋关节功能,提升患者生活质量。30 analyzed and authenticated cases of middle or early osteonecrosis of femoral head reveals that osbeonecrosis are commonly due to coagulated coldness and blood stasis,thus we have established the dedoctions of warming yang for dispelling cold to promote circulation of stasis blood for strengthening the patients’bones composed of the quaternity of balanced scrapping,bloodletting and cupping moxibustion.The clinical observation shows that the methods significantly got a marked effect and really improved the quality of patients’life.
