摘　　要：本文通过回顾总结近两年运用清宫汤合牡蛎散治疗肿瘤放化疗自汗的结果。从症状特点推论出肿瘤放化疗自汗病位在心、肾二脏,病性为虚实夹杂,病机为心肾阴虚热实,从组方、临床疗效验证推论结果。This paper reviews and summarizes 27 treatment outcomes of spontaneous sweating during tumor radiotherapy or chemoradio-therapy by using Qinggong Decotion with Oyster Powder.The conclusions are deduced based on the characteristics of the following syn-drome:while implementing chemoradiotherapy,the disease’s location of spontaneous sweating lies in heart and kidney;the disease’s nature is manifested as the syndrome of intermingled excess and deficiency;the pathogenesis of that is heart-kidney’s yin deficiency and heat excess,then to verify the conclusion through component and clinical efficiency.
