摘　　要：本文分析了一起电梯制动器闸瓦磨损、制动失效案例,对电梯制动器失效的原因进行分析,对维保人员私自篡改制动器检测开关接线的风险进行探讨,并且提出整改意见,明确整改措施,确保电梯安全可靠地运行。This article starts with a case of elevator brake shoe wear and brake failure,analyzes the cause of elevator brake failure,discusses the risk of maintenance personnel tampering with the brake detection switch wiring without authorization,and puts forward rectification opinions and clear rectification measures To ensure safe and reliable operation of the elevator.
