摘　　要：地铁轨道板施工车走行机构液压系统采用开式液压传动系统,液压泵选用压力控制的轴向柱塞泵,液压阀选用多路阀进行控制,液压马达选用双速轴向柱塞马达,液压马达与减速机集成一体,结构紧凑,可实现低转速、大扭矩,并带有驻车制动的功能。此系统具有结构简单,功率大,控制稳定等特点。The hydraulic system of the running track mechanism of the subway track board adopts an open hydraulic transmission system.The hydraulic pump uses a pressure-controlled axial piston pump.The hydraulic valve is controlled by a multi-way valve.The hydraulic motor uses a two-speed axial piston motor and a hydraulic motor.Integrated with the reducer,it is compact and can achieve low speed,high torque and parking brake function.The system has a simple structure,high power and stable control.
