摘  要:针对车身模型BOM表的生成耗时长、效率低等缺点,提出了一种BOM表重构的方法,该方法通过对模型属性的提取和输入,实现模型工艺流程信息在不同生产制造商之间的快速传递。基于UG/NX二次开发平台,通过对模型装配树的遍历,运用对象连接与嵌入(OLE)技术将模型属性信息输入Excel模板文件,经检验和修改后再将模型属性信息导入到零部件模型中,最终实现模型属性信息的快速生成与修改。经实际验证,此方法不仅提高了设计商与制造商之间关于模型信息的流通效率,而且提升了员工工作效率。Aiming at the disadvantages of time-consuming and low efficiency, a method of BOM reconstruction was proposed. By extracting and inputting model attributes, the model process information could be quickly transferred between different manufacturers. Based on UG/NX secondary development platform, through assembly tree traversal of the model, using the connection object and embedding(OLE) technology would model attribute information input to Excel template file, after inspection and modified, then the model attribute information into parts. Finally, it realized the model attribute information quickly generation and modification. This method not only improved the efficiency of the circulation of model information between designers and manufacturers, but also improved the work efficiency of employees.
