摘 要:提出对超高强钢厚板冲裁变形区快速加热,再对其进行精密热冲裁的方式以获得性能良好的冲裁件。采用有限元数值模拟方法研究高强钢精密热冲裁变形机制,建立超高强钢厚板精密冲裁有限元模型,分析板材精冲的变形过程与凸、凹模间隙、压边力及反顶力对精冲断面质量的影响规律和力学性能。研究表明:建立的超高强钢厚板精密热冲裁有限元数值模型可靠,获得了凸、凹模间隙、压边力及反压力对冲裁断面质量的影响规律。The hot fine-blanking for ultra-high strength steel was proposed, which was to heat the deformation zone of ultra-high strength steel quickly and then to fine-blanking. A numerical simulation method was proposed to study the hot fine-blanking of the mechanism of high strength steel, and built a finite element model of the fine blanking and analyzed the plate deformation process by fine blanking. Focus on the analysis of the influence of the blanking clearance, blank holder force and back pressure on the quality and mechanics of fine blanking section. The results showed that the established finite element model of plate with ultra-high strength steel was reliable, and the influence rules of the blanking clearance, blank holder force and back pressure were obtained.
