浮动凹模在冲模中的应用

摘　　要：在冲模中对于开口较小的"U"形件成形难,翼面冲孔凹模强度薄弱,且不易排废料,采用浮动凹模可解决此类难题。实践证明,设计的模具结构简单,性能稳定且制件成形质量可靠。For forming the "U" shaped parts with small opening by using the stamping die,the strength of the punching die for the wings of part was weak, and it’s not easy to sweep the wastes away. The floating die was used to solve the problem, and the practice proved that the structure of designed die was simple with stable performance and the products’ quality was reliable.
