摘  要:通过对橡胶衬套的结构和工艺方案进行分析,设计了新型挤压滑块模套,确定了挤压工艺方案,并对挤压力、橡胶压缩率、缩径率等进行计算,分析工艺难点及解决措施,描述了其预紧挤压模结构及工作过程,最后提出了衬套缩径工艺需要注意的事项。Based on the analysis of the structure and technological scheme of the rubber bushing, a new type of extrusion slider die sleeve was designed, and the extrusion process was determined. The extrusion pressure, rubber compression rate, diameter reduction rate were calculated, the technical difficulties and solutions were analyzed. The structure and working process of its pre-tightening extrusion die was described. Finally, the matters needing attention in the process of bushing diameter reduction were put forward.
